By creating an account, accessing, or using ClickRasa Ad Network ("ClickRasa", "the Platform", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and provisions, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Advertiser Policies & Traffic Purchasing
- Compliance: All advertisements, creative materials, and destination landing pages must comply with applicable international laws, copyright regulations, and ethical advertising standards.
- Prohibited Campaigns: Campaigns promoting malware, phishing, tech-support scams, ransomware, illegal substances, or non-consensual content are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination without refund.
- Bidding & Delivery: Traffic delivery and CPC/CPA rates are calculated in real time based on active bids, geo targeting, device criteria, and advertiser account balances.
4. Publisher Policies & Traffic Quality Standards
- Quality Assurance: Publishers must send genuine human traffic. Artificial click generation, bot nets, automated scripts, hidden iframes, click farms, and proxy manipulation are strictly prohibited.
- Fraud Detection: Our automated anti-fraud telemetry scans 100% of incoming clicks. Any account detected utilizing fraudulent traffic sources will have their balance forfeited and their account permanently suspended.
- Placement Guidelines: Publishers may not place ad tags on sites containing unauthorized copyright infringing material, hate speech, or malicious software.
5. Financial Settlement, Deposits & Payouts
- Advertiser Deposits: Deposits made via supported cryptocurrencies or approved manual deposit methods are credited to the user's platform balance following necessary network or administrative verifications.
- Publisher Withdrawals: Publisher earnings are eligible for withdrawal once the minimum threshold is achieved. Withdrawal requests undergo audit review within 1 to 3 business days.
- Taxes: Users are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from payouts or expenditures on ClickRasa.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
ClickRasa is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or completely error-free service operation. In no event shall ClickRasa be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.
7. Modifications & Termination
ClickRasa reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant amendments will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
