2. Advertiser Account Balance
- Delivered Traffic: Funds spent on delivered impressions, clicks, or conversions are non-refundable once traffic has been distributed according to the advertiser's campaign targeting parameters.
- Unspent Balance: Advertisers may request a refund for unspent, available account balances by opening a support ticket, provided their account is in good standing and has not violated anti-fraud or campaign compliance guidelines.
- Processing Fees: Third-party payment gateway fees, crypto network gas fees, or bank handling fees may be deducted from the refunded principal.
3. Prohibited Activities & Forfeiture
Accounts terminated due to fraud, malicious exploits, abusive campaigns, or intentional violation of ClickRasa policies forfeit any claim to remaining account balances.
